I've never used one but it looks ok. To be honest if I were you I'd save up for the D8 or the Tascam DP-01 or the Fostex MR8. Those are all much better. You'll probably need eight tracks as well. What is it your recording?

recording my band. oh shit wait. 8 track will be better
2 guitars, bass, drum, vocals
thats 5 tracks plus over dubs will come to about 8 although ive heard you can mix 3 tracks together to put onto 1 track so could still over dub with a 4 track.

it would probs be easier to use a 8 track.

so out the d8 the tascam and fostex which is best?
