just listen to some stuff u like and learn it, almost every song has 2 guitars

most AC/DC stuff goes on a fairly basic chord rhythm and solos arent to hard. good to improvise over as well.

Coheed and cambrias Welcome Home is a really fun song to play with 2 guitars, with 1 playing lead and the other playing rythm in the back. Im pretty sure the actual song uses 3 or 4 guitars but it can be just as well done on 2.

You should try Iron Maiden's Aces High

It has a lot of guitar harmonizations and a couple of sweet solos, perfect for 2 guitars.
