Hello, this is my first post of a poem/lyrics. Just came to me about 20 min ago. Any comments welcome

Laying in my bed,
I let the time escape me.
The weathers changed today,
but I'll adapt, just like before.

I know what lies ahead,
Cause I can see what lies behind me.
But I wont let that get me down,
There are bigger fish to fry.

The clouds are rolling in today,
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
A little light would help,
A light you have, but you dont know.

So Ill go throughout the day,
Unbeknownst to most.
And Ill pick up where I left off,
tomorrow, like today, goes off without a hitch.

Its really late/early for me right now, so this may not be the best crit and I may come back to it later. I stress the *may* because I refuse to make any promises.

I like the themes present in this piece. Learning from the past, adaptation, dependence on others, but at the same time independence/an ability to live alone. I think it has some deep meaning both intentional and unintentional. Certain lines really stick out and induce thought, which is uncommon in many songs/poetry.

Examples
...The Weathers changed today,
but I'll adapt, just like before.

I know what lies ahead,
Cause I can see what lies behind me...

...A little light would help,
A light you have, but you dont know.

I enjoyed it.
Does anyone know the song that goes: ba ba bah, ba ba buh, bu ba bum, ba ba bah, ba bu buh, bu bu bum, bu ba bu bu bum baam?
