Well yesterday i was talking to one of my friends and i complimented her earrings, and she said thanks, Patrick got them for me. Patrick is her ex boyfriend and they had a bad break up, she dumped him and he was miserable about it for weeks. I was just curious as to whether you guys think that her wearing those earrings was wrong, but then again they are hers, and if she likes them, then she can wear them, but still, it is a little weird to me. So what do you guys think? Are you allowed to wear your ex's presents?

I can't wear anything my exs have given me. I usually donate it or throw it away because I feel too guilty.

I think it depends on what it is, and what's attached to it emotionally..

i saw her wearing the necklace i gave her the other day, and i hadn't seen her in like, 4 monthes. I guess if its nice and you like it, then fine, shouldn't throw away something nice just because its from an ex.
