Ya, anything by Tenacious D. You can "acoustify" a lot of stuff by Nirvana, Sum 41, and the the Offspring where one you sings and plays rythmn while the other plays lead and sings backing vocals.

Dirty Magic by The Offspring sounds pretty good acoustic. Plus, both guitar parts are easy.

Noodles does play electric during the whole song, but it's hard to hear until about halfway into the song.

The accoustic version of Everlong by Foo Fighters, the original has 2 guitar parts so if you just transfer the second on to the accoustic it'll sound awesome.

Check out the accoustic versions of the songs Clapton, Nirvana, and Alice in Chains did at their Unplugged shows(just to name a few).

Opeth is what you're looking for. Yes they are a prog death metal band but they do a lot of nice acoustic work, although some of it might be challenging depending on your skill. Check out parts of Black Rose Immortal, parts of Dirge For November, To Bid You Farewell, parts of The Night and the Silent Water, and Requiem. Even if you don't like death metal, I'd highly suggest giving those songs a listen for the acoustic parts.

Nature1 by Muse is done with 2 acoustics and it pretty nice for beginners I guess. 1 Guitar tremolo picking notes and one doing the chords. The solo is electric though.. but that shouldnt be a big problem ^^
