What are some good techniques to learn super-technical shred bass? I already know apeggios, the modes of the major scale and many various other scales, and other technical and theory related things.

I'd say arpeggios are good to also maybe modes if you know how to use them well. Other than quick little fills and maybe for a few seconds in a solo there is really no use for bass shredding though. If you wanna shred play guitar.

two hand tapping is useful

and definetly learn 3 finger picking unless you have pistons for fingers

String skipping, and all the types of harmonics would be a good place to start also.
