Ok, well I'm starting to buy some effects and I'm wondering how to use my effects loop. I hear the loop is only good for certain types of pedals, and up until recently I didn't think that was the case. Should I just run my pedals straight from my guitar to pedals, and then to amp?

I have a boss tremolo and an elctro harmonix nano clone chorus. I expect to be buying a couple new ones soon.

i think you should put both in front of the amp
not in the fx loop

but try every possibility...put them in the fx loop
or put only one
in the ends its about what you like best

Those are timming affects. They should go in the effects loop. Distortion and tone shaping and wah type effects go in front of the amp. Timming go in the effects loop, or best yet, after a mic'd amp.
