Fire is probably the easiest song by him.

Voodoo chile is pretty easy too. So is Foxey Lady, All Along the Watchtower and Wild Thing.

little wing is great but difficult to play correctly. i usually just play the chords and sort of improvise around them.

hey joe and the wind cries mary are probably the simplest to play.
I've been imitated so well I've heard people copy my mistakes.

By him try purple haze, fire, hey joe, all along the watchtower. . .basically what everyone else said, and also look into these artists:

Stevie Ray Vaughan
Santana
Frank Zappa
Buddy Guy

Only two of them are 'strictly' blues but the other two have simerlar stylings in some of their songs and are good to learn.

Voodoo Chile
Voodoo Child (Slight Return)
Come On
Rainy Day, Dream Away
Still Raining, Still Dreaming
1983...(A mermaid I should turn to be)
Burning Of The Midnight Lamp
Foxey Lady

Anything by him really.
