Hey everyone can someone teach me how to tune half step down. i have a standard tuner and and a peddle with a tuner.

tune your low e to the sixth fret on the a, thats an e flat, then tune your a to the e flat and do the whole guitar like you normally would, on the fifth frets

Hey dumbass, he just said his tuner can only tune to standard tuning.

But do what the guy above me said. Tune your low string until the 6th fret on the low string is the same as the open A string.

that used to piss me off too.. basically put your finger on the first fret of each string and tune it to standard..

Each string is 1 note or fret lower then it's supposed to be. If you have a chromatic tuner, just make sure each note is tuned *lower* to Eb, Ab, etc. If you the other kind of tuner, and there is a flat button, hit it once, and it should change it to Eb tuning.

Get your guitar, walk forward a step, then take a step backward. Move sideways, then move forward 3 inches before take a step back. Now you are half a step down!

LMAO, seems as if tuning to standard at the first fret would work perfectly. You could go buy a nicer tuner also.

He says a "standard tuner". I have a standard tuner, but it can tune flat etc. He also has a peddle tuner so don't be messin around with his words.
