My PRS SE:

Just got it today. Best guitar for $600, no question. And I got mine on clearance for $299!!! Didn't pay a thing, either. Gotta love trade-ins!

Bought a PRS SE Singlecut last week and I never want to play on an other guitar. Damn, this guitar plays nice.

#49
I may buy a SE EG soon. I think it's very versatile because of its S/S/H pickups. Anybody has experience with them?
#50
I played a full on USA EG when I was in the market for my CE22. They are nice guitars, typical prs playability and build quality just sounded rather thin for me. Have a play and see how you like it.

And I LOVE THEM.
I can get any kind of tone I want out of these guitars, and it always sounds GREAT.

The new tremonti looks badass, a nice flame top not the old flat colour the first recessed prs trem, nice hot pickups and most importanly the only place it says Tremonti on it is the truss rod cover. when will all manufaclturers realise this is the way a sig should be done.

Here is Eve my latest guitar acquisition. I've actually had the guitar for a few months now but I just forgot about posting it here. Sadly I transferred to a new university so she's at home now until I have the time to go back for her. I'll probably end up buying a cheap guitar while I am away though. Anywho here are the pics:

I also have the SE Custom. It's my first guitar and every time I look at it I want to play it. I think this is a good thing!

My friend bought a PRS SE Singlecut Tabacco just like above because he was mighty impressed with mine.

I want to buy the SE Mike Mushok Baritone next... Has anyone tried that one out yet?

Mine is exactly like this one.

Although, he named his Eve - mine is Winona.

Anyway, I've picked up a few PRS's. I don't personally own one right now. They felt nice, except that the neck was a bit fat for my hand.

Yeah, the Santana necks are infamous for being inconveniently fat. I guess it's okay if your hands are the size of dinner plates, but for me, I prefer my SE neck. It's just right.

Always great to find sister guitars out there. I'd love to see pics one day .

Eltis and OsirisProtocol you both have really nice guitars.

Might post pics of my new Custom 24 in a bit.

Thanks for the kind words Steve. I'd love to get my hands on a Cus 24, but all good things in time I guess.

^It's one of their Student Edition models so for that reason it wouldn't necessarily be a higher end PRSi but it's still a good guitar. Not necessarily my bag though bur good nonetheless.

I've been searchbarring and seen a lot of posts saying that low end PRS aren't worth it but mid range and high priced guitars are. Is the tremonti SE one of the ones that is "low end"
#72
Well for me the SE line its hit or miss. I'm not big on the SE Singlecut models in general yet I absolutely love the SE Custom. So the Tremonti being not worth it would be up to you depending on what you want exactly. Are you second guessing the hardware, electronics, overall build quality, etc? To me most of the SE models are totally worth it if its what your interested in. The build quality on these guitars are usually great and the hardware is fine for most people but at this price point a lot of users mod their SE's in one way or another. As for electronics I am not inclined to give a non biased answer here since there are very few guitars that I have owned that I don't change the wiring harness on. Now if its the case of wanting a high end guitar and feeling you are cheaping out or something along those lines I say save your cash and buy a high end PRSi. Chances are if you get the SE you'll enjoy it for the time you have it but you'll still find yourself wanting a US model. Save yourself the trouble and money and go with an American model. Hopefully I helped some.

ive got a prs se singlecut in black and it is the most amazing thing i have ever laid my hands on for the price and then some. i would recommend this guitar to anyone totally awesome i am in love
#74
Next guitar is probably going to be a Custom 24 or a SC250, in trans black or dark cherry, with the birds of course.

Just can't decide between those shapes. I love both, but part of me wants a PRS for what it classically is (with the Strat-ish shape) but the other just loves the SC body.
#75
I own a couple of PRSs. I just made a post about one of my new PRS acquisitions. Click on the link in my signature to see the PRSs that I own. I love their guitars and think that not only do they lok great, but they sound beautiful!
#76
Can anybody tell me about the trem on the SE SC? When I used it, it didn't screw in, was fairly loose, and was easy to take out and put in, is this normal? I'm very interested in the guitar but I'm just wondering if this is normal or not. Also, does the trem arm come with the black cap on the end of it as shown on the PRS website?
