hey well im postin this to hopefully get some help on how i can get a brighter tone by adjustin the stopbar tailpiece on my lp studio. I was thinkin maybe if i unscrew it away from the body i'll get a brigther tone but im not sure?? thats were i need ur guys help thanx

Top wrap the strings around the tail piece, and screw the tail piece directly into the body.

Yeah wrapping the strings over the bridge is suppose to add to sustain and make it brighter from what i heard, also use a different brand and a lighter gauge of strings. Ive heard Boomers are suppose to be brighter.

thanx for the advice but i can't do a wrap because the strings are already installed and i don't have a second set i dont want to risk them breakin. so is their an option with them on??
