WTF :P I hope that was sarcastic, because there's NO WAY that a strat has a floyd rose bridge

Floyd Rose.

I've got something in my front pocket for you.
Why don't you reach down in my pocket and see what it is?
Then grab onto it, it's just for you.
Give a little squeeze and say: "How do you do?"

I've never seen a strat come with a floyd rose as standard. Maybe modded by the owner to include one but I've never seen a model that has one included...

Well i don't really know what I'm talking about. My uncle has a classic strat with a floyd rose. I presumed this was standard? Obviously not then.

Ok, you guys are alll over the place. There are several types of trems on Fenders, yes, they were made with Floyd Rose's from the factory, there are 2-point synchronized and then there are the older style 6-screw trems, usually called vintage trems. The "vintage" appear to be on the way out in favor of the 2-point systems, there was never really much of a need for 6 screws to hold down the trem, I imagine it was a method of hiding any quality control issues by distributing the force of the trem over a larger area. Then there are a few with a hard-tail, but not many.
