Ok, how the hell can you get to the registry editing thing? I've typed regedit into run on the start menu numerous times, but it does not work. The command prompt just flashes up for a sec. Is there any other way to get into regedit? Any help is appreciated.

Why are you editing your registry? You could seriously damlage your software if you don't know exactly what you are doing. There are very few reasons anyone should manually edit their registry, you should avoid it if at all possible.
