I just got a new padded case for my new guitar. It was 60 for regular and 70 for deluxe so i just got deluxe (better locks/latches) but iv been noticing when i close the case the bridge of my guitar and volume knobs have quite deep impressions on the top of the case. I was warned about putting things under my guitar because it will do that (even though i knew that before) so im pretty convinced the case is to small

What im wondering is can i return it for a thicker one or will they not take it

Should i even bother doing anything? Obviously i dont want my guitar damaged.

I got it from Long & Mquade if it helps

Either way, I don't think bananas should be placed in such proximity to an ass

I disagree. Bananas and ass are like peaches and cream.

why are you asking a guitar forum if you can take something back that obviously doesn't work for you.

seriously if you dont have sumthing productive to say then shut up.
to threadstarter: it should be fine as over time the case will mold to the guitar

Take it back and try some other cases, if they all do the same thing, it's just how it's supposed to fit. It probably just has a lot of extra padding.
