Hello, Im wondering how would the tone be affected if I were to remove the back of my Vox AD30VT. I heard that it affects the bass end of the amp and that it makes it sound more vintage?....
What do you guys think?

I think you should take it off and find out. If you don't like it, put it back on. It's only a couple of screws...
Telecaster - SG - Jaguar
Princeton Reverb, Extra Reverb
P-Bass - Mustang Bass
Apogee Duet 2 - Ableton Suite

will eating a hotdog affect you tone?

it will affect your tone since the air won't be sealed anymoe and it'll move diffrently, i'm just not sure how it'll sound.

It will make your bottom end more loose and make your sound less directional.

Like the other guy said , try it it's just a few screws.

If you play metal, you probably won't like it as much.
