it's really up to you in the end, mess around until you find something you like. the ultimate settings thread will give you a few places to start, and then you can just adjust it to your taste.

if your tone knobs can go to 11, it'll do.

just don't go crazy with the distortion

(or you can spend a few minutes toying around with your little amp...i'm sure you don't have many uhh settings to set)
