I play with tabs and have been playing for a couple months now. Usually on intros I can figure out what notes are being played cause I count the notes and use the tab likewise, but on riffs and stuff, I can't figure out what part of the tab they are playing so I have to go to youtube and find a video of someone playing in order to find out. Anyone have this problem at first?

when i find the tab is a little unclear, i print it of and listen to the song, and mark on the paper starts of lines, lyrics etc, so if i get lost i can easily carry on.

Can't we all just get a bong?

try getting guitar pro, or powertab... it plays the tab for you
