well because of the way my room is (2nd floor, highest cieling, furthest from furnace so no A/C) it gets extremely hot in here when we have the air on during the summer (im talkin like 95F). Today at the store i got a box fan to put on my windowsill.
The problem:
Should the fan be blowing the cool air into my room, or blow the hot air out?

I usually put it blowing out and then seal the rest of the room up. If that doesn't work, turn it around.

If you blow the air out, it will pull it from the rest of the house which will be undoubtedly cooler, if the rest of the house has A/C.
