My (second) iPod broke recently as well...head crash.
IPods with a hard drive reportedly have failure rates as high as 20%.
Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.

Go to www.apple.com and look up your warranty info. You should be able to ship it off and have it fixed or replaced.
Seriously, I'm in the band.

"You kids ever taken a broom up the ass?"

The look on their face was priceless, and they ran, and I mean ran like a bat out of hell.

You need to buy a new hard drive, theyre quite pricey but theyre pretty easy to get ahold of.
Or you could ship it off to apple to get fixed.

Or you could go buy a zen vision.

lol, am I the only one who, upon seeing the title of this thread thought "Dude, is an iPod capable of embezzlement???"

But yeah...hold down the center button + the menu button for a while and it'll reset.
Thus sayeth the Lord.
