Wrong forum. But I'll still help.

Roland Cube 30X
Epiphone Triggerman 60DSP
Crate Flexwave FW65
Crate GTD65
Peavey TransTube 110
Peavey Envoy 110

Probably the best you can do for your budget. But you should keep saving and maybe get tube combo.

Edit: These choices will probably do for practice. Alone or with a drummer/bassist ect..? Oh, and reported for posting this in The Pit. Take it to Guitar Gear & Accessories.
Daron. The Pit loves you.

Meh. I don't know either, all I know is that my ad30vt is (to me, for i tried others) the best amp in its price range.

Modeling means the amp has presets based on other amps that have become famous for their sound.

edit: But never buy a Line 6.
Guitars:
Fender Standard Strat
Fender Deluxe Active Jazz Bass
Martin DX1

Amps:
Peavey Classic 50/212

Pedal Board:
Gator 8-Bus
Boss TU-2 Tuner
Digitech Bad Monkey
Ibanez CF7 Chorus/Flanger
ISP Decimator
Dual button footswitch

epiphone valve junior or that new fender all-tube that's coming out to rival it. It's really cheap, like £100, and with the change from your $300 you can buy an ibanez tubescreamer to get an overdrive out of it as well.

i have to agree with the vox valvetronix - in my opinion the best amp in it's price range, great distortions and cleans so you've got plenty variety
Check out my guitar quartet composition The Lone Wolf and you will be rewarded! With a live wolf!

Are you a PROG-HEAD? I am.
