Is it hard to add a tremolo setup to a guitar that is set up with a hardtail ?

Are there standards when it comes to hardtails/tremolos as far as mounting holes etc.. ?

thanks, mmf.

just get a setsbar. It's easy, cheap, reliable and can be removed and installed with no drilling. If you don't like it, you can go back to a hardtail with no damage.

its a topmounted trem system, it bolts right to your tune o matic style bridge and provides a nice vibrato while staying in tune quite well.

do a google search, normally you wouldnt get a reply to a noob question, ignorance is no excuse, especially when google is but a click away.
