So I was looking at the Fender KOA Strats and Teles. They look pretty sweet but I was wondering if they had good value for money as opposed to different £300-£500 Fenders (like the Mexicans or other Special Editions)?

Well, they have Koa tops. If that (purely aesthetic) effect is worth the extra price to you, go for it. Sound and playability are identical to a typical Fender guitar.

They have seymour duncan alnico pickups as well.

Cheap amps are "that bad". They suck up your tone like cocaine at Kate Moss' party.

They're definitely awesome looking. I like the shiny scratchplate

They are very nice guitars, I played one a while back.

Keep in mind its just a koa top. But they look exactly like the pic on the Fender site in real life. They sound pretty sweet too.
