is there anyway to get this board without havin to buy a guitar that already has it? and if you can does it need to be the full neck you buy or just the board?

You can buy the inlays itself and get a tech/luthier to fit then.

You'd probably be better off just buying a used neck with the tree of life inlay on it already. Getting inlays professionally done costs alot for just a design at the 12th fret, so I'd imagine one spanning the entire fretboard would kill your bank account.

You can buy all sorts of necks and fretboards on there.

already checked it, il prob eventually look into buyin the full neck but id rather keep mines, cos i like the head of the schecter, il save up lol

Completely besides the point of the thread, but yes, they are.
At first, that is. In the end, some say you can go faster, but others claim you can't really notice that much of a difference. You should be able to control bends and vibrato more though...
