is thier a pedal that exist like the octave multiplexer (which allows you to mix in one octave down and completley remove the original octave if you want) but for an octave up so i dont have to spend 500 dollars on a HOG?

Digitech Whammy can change the pitch up or down up to two octaves, plus can harmonize up or down one octave, among other things.

I could be completely mistaken (someone please correct me if I'm wrong).. but I think a simple Boss Octave pedal can do this and its under 100 bones.

Boss Octaves only Harmonize I believe. I dont think they can change the pitch.

Nay, he wants something that can harmonize and pitch shift. Try out the Boss Super Shifter, from what I read it should be able to do that.
