Ive been craving for a strat for awhile now, and I may be able to get a mexican Fender strat for dirt cheap, but the problem is that its left handed and i play right handed, so i was wondering if it would be bad juju or something for me to play it flipped?

Well...You'd look like a Jimi ripoff, and the bridge pickup may sound weird, but depending on how cheap you're getting it for, it might be worth it.

Keep in mind that tuning stability will suffer, and you'll need to buy a new nut as well as having it set up again.

lefties have been playing right handed guitars upside down since forever, so i wouldnt see any problem with a righty taking a leftie and doing a switch
