I have a p.o.s. Rogue rg65r amp. Its pretty loud. But i was messing around with my Digitech Rp80 pedal and made a kinda of tube amp sound. Is this good for use with Distortion pedals? Is it pretty much the same sound as a tube amp?

From my experiance with RP80's AND tube amps, those are two completely different sounds. Save up for a tube amp if you want the tube sound. And pedals work well with any amp, if you use them right.

I used to have a Drive G65 amp, I think it's the same thing (Rogue own them or something)
It was a good practicing amp for when I was starting.
