If you buy a really cheap amp, you'll regret it in the long run. Just save up and get something decent.

Check out the Crate GTX212. I know, everyone hates Crates. But this amp is awesome. I heard a lot of great things about it and ordered one last week. I couldn't be happier. It's only $250. It's got a clean channel, 2 distortion channels, and some decent effects on the side. 120 watts and it screams. Check it out.

Roland Microcube for sure.

I said it once, I'll say it again.

If you cheap out and buy a crappy cheap amp just because it's loud, you will really regret it. Just save up and get something decent like a 5150/6505 or a XXX.

americanmusical.com 10 bucks for shipping
zzsounds.com has free shipping i think

and yes this amp is plently loud.

If you'd specify a dollar range instead of "cheap cheap" more people would be able to help you...

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me
