i'd say take it to a guitar tech. I've never had anything like this happen with an amp before.

then again, is this the first time you've used that cable? if so it could be that the connection is badly shaped on the cable.
Rig Winter 2017:

Fender Jazzmaster/Yamaha SG1000
Boss TU-3, DS-2, CS-3, EHX small stone, Danelectro delay
Laney VC30-112 with G12H30 speaker, or Session Rockette 30 for smaller gigs
Elixir Nanoweb 11-49 strings, Dunlop Jazz III XL picks
Shure SM57 mic in front of the amp

iv used the cable about 6-8 months, and i dont were to see a guitar tech

are there any guitar stores near you? usually stores will have a guitar tech working for them.

*just thinking aloud here and hoping you've got it unplugged*

Couldn't you work a needle nose pliers inside somehow, so you can pull it? How about putting super gluing that piece you're holding in the pic to the stuck "sheath" ... wait an hour to cure, then pull it out.

Good Luck!

Loosen the nut on the jack and pull it out slightly (be careful of the wires attached to it) then take a needle nose plier and pull the tip out of the catch.
