So on Monday I'm leaving New Jersey and flying to China for 4 weeks. I'll be flying alone but staying with relatives when I get there. My cousin has an acoustic guitar so I'll won't be bored when I get there, but the plane ride is going to be 14 hours. Blech. I need a good book to read on the trip. I'm open to any novels, except for those sappy, cheesy ones.
Anything by Stephen Hunter. They're amazing!

Therefore your argument is rubbish, as well as being full of profanity and anti-Semitic. Are you Mel gibson, by any chance?
Read Behind Blue Eyes: The Life of Pete Townshend. If you're not into biographies do 1984, it's a classic if you've never read it. Otherwise, I'd say start you're summer reading, if you've got it. I know mine's just gonna get left till the end of August (which I'll regret seeing as I have double the work this year because of AP classes).
Scar tissue is the best book I've ever read too...and I read frequently. I mean...it talks about sex and music.
alas, babylon by pat frank, good nuclear apocolyptic novel

I got a better idea... Get a tranquilizer dart for an elephant...AND JAB IT INTO YOUR ARM and by the time you wake up..You'll be there :
The Sound & the Fury - William Faulkner
Slaughterhouse 5 - Kurt Vonnegut
Catch-22 - Joseph Heller
Good stuff. I've been into early-mid 1900's lit recently.

I hate reading but the 2 books that ive ever read in school that i coudnt stop reading where:

Hatchet- How a kid survives in the wilderness with only a hatchet for a long period of time.
