I want to play some neo classical
but neo classical, I don't mean Stravinsky, but I mean Classical music infused with metal elements like Yngwie etc

so, I haven't been exposed to this yet, but I want to play some.

Any recommendations to start off with?
Some songs?

I am classically trained..if anyone wants to know.

If you've got the skills Yngwie is a good place to start, also try stuff like Tony MacAlpine, Racer X, Micheal Romeo stuff, as for scales and techniques: Harmonic Minor and the modes thereof, diatonic sweep shapes and diminshed sweeps should be all the theory you need.

Cheap amps are "that bad". They suck up your tone like cocaine at Kate Moss' party.
