Ok, so I've played for like 3-4 years, but mostly classic rock and a blend of acoustic indie stuff. But I'm branching out a little bit musically and I'm running into some pretty crazy alternate tunings. Is there anyone that can explain to me how to get your guitar tuned that way. A website or chart or something. 'Cause beyond standard or dropped d/ double d I'm clueless

Many thanks

a really nice alternative tuning is

e
b
e
e
e
e

as long as you stay on the dotted frets on the b string and keep the other strings open, it sounds really nice
