zOMG favorite guitarist thread again!

I want some rules though; You cannot pick the following guitarists, and you must post a link to a you-tube of the guitarist you have Chosen, aswell with a brief description of style!

Guitarists you may not choose:
Steve Vai
Joe Satriani
Tony MacAlpine
Eric Johnson
Eric Clapton
Yngwie Malmsteen
James Hetfield
Kirk Hamett (spelt that right?)
Dave Mustaine
Alexi Laiho
Herman Li
Something Tottmen (Dragonforce)
John Petrucci

- and so-forth, I think you get the picture, if they're in a mega super 12x platinum band or solo artist please try to not pick them and do think of someone else.

I want to see what people come up with because every time I see one of these threads I see those peoples names above listed about 10-40 times, its just ridiculous, and its time to see some new guitarist!.

Open up your minds to some other styles. And if not that being the problem and it is only ignorance than let yourself be enlightened!

Lets have a good time in this thread and discover some new music, eh!?!

Let me start!:

Guitarist: Marcel Coenen

Bands: Lemur Voice, Sun Caged, Solo Artist albums, and other bands.

Brief Description: Marcel's style with his bands is an extremely progressive style. This is identical with his solo artist works which could be compared loosely to a Steve Vai style.

Video(s):Marcel Coenen - Race Against Time , Marcel Coenen - Moyra (softer more beautiful song) , Sun Caged - Four Guilders (home rec) , Sun Caged - Killer Banshee ,

Enjoy, and now!
YOUR TURN!

Bill hudson of cellador very shreddy and melodic. Cellador are from nebraska and sound like an american iron maiden only shreddier

Ah yes!
Bill Hudson is very awesome!

VIDEO: Cellador

the extra song on the japanese album version is the best IMO, it has the most shred and shows more of what Bill Hudson can do, whre as the other songs do not.
Bill said Celladors next album is more shrederer* and so i hope we'll be able to see more of him in it!

Guitarist: Andy McKee

Band: Solo

Brief Description:
Andy McKee is an accomplished classical guitar player, and slap guitar player. When he saw Preston Reed he was influenced incredibly and began experimenting with slap guitar until he made a style quiet unique to him and began creating some of the most emotional, heart-felt music ever on acoustic guitar. His style is a combination of classical/finger-picking style, along with slap guitar.

Guitarist: Rory Gallagher

Bands: Taste, Solo.

Brief Description: Rory was as man who started the Vox all-Tube + Treble booster thing, and his tone is exceptional. Stratocaster through a Treble Booster to a Vox AC30, the tone from that is totally amazing. Also, his playing style is very energetic. He was the Angus Young of blues. Running around, screaming, shaking heads, he did everything incredibly. He once taught Queen's guitarist Brian May how to get his distinctive tone, and that's what Brian May uses today.

i think roope latvala is HEAVILY under-rated.
i guess he is a bit more known now since joining COB, but his old band stone are amazing, and his stuff with sinergy is cool aswell
Glenn Drover, megadeth's new guitarist, is pretty unkown i guess... and he's pretty good.

i gotta go with John Lowery (aka John5) cuz out here he's virtually unknown.
Satan isn't inside a guitar pick. He's in here. In our hearts. He's what makes us not want to go to work, or excercise or tell the truth. He's that little voice in your mind that says "Fuck you" to the people you hate.
