Hurt - Johnny Cash

The original is far superior.

IMO anyways, I personally don't think Cash's voice fits that song at all.

It only makes me more sad because I think of how many people like it but haven't heard the original.

I dunno how you can get teary eyed, let alone even take remotely seriously, a song with such a ****ing stupid name

But then again I haven't heard the song so I shan't judge.

Agree on that Biffy one.
Mind you "All the way down" gets me everytime.
The cover Nouvelle Vague did of "In a manner of speaking" is another belting tear jerker. Such a beautiful song...

It brings some really bad and emotionally damaging memories back.

That was actually borderline funny. But I actually like Fall Out Boy. I still hate Sugar We're Going Down because it was overplayed but I like most of their other songs. *puts up worlds largest flameshield*

The song has nothing to do with lawyers. It's just made to mislead. The end of the title (Me+You) is closer to what it's about.

"On Fire" - Switchfoot
"El Torrente" - Minus the Bear
"If I Could" - Jack Johnson
"Do You Remember" - Jack Johnson

The only one that really ever made me teary-eyed was On Fire, though the rest usually quell my mood.

An awesome 'peaceful' song would be Aqueous Transmission by Incubus.

I don't give a **** how much you like them, or which songs of theirs you like, or why you like them. It was a simple joke, which I would make about most bands.

Nessun Dorma (Turandot) - Luciano Pavarotti.

The simple power and raw emotion in this song.. my god, it's not sad or anything, it just.. blows me away.
