Is anything wrong with them? I'm looking at an ESP Edwards and it has a one piece neck, almost like, as a selling point, but I've heard that 5-piece necks are like super good and stuff. Anyway, do they warp like crazy or are they okay?

I, HAVE, NO, IDEA....
but i'm also interested. is it 'the more pieces the better!' ? or is it "dude, this neck only took one piece of wood to make! it's incredibly well crafted!!!!!" ? or is it "neither!!!!" ?

Aren't ESP Edwards really good? if so, then i think its a good buy.

Yeah, they're supposedly better than LTDs but a little under ESP standards. Only problem is that you can't really try em before buying unless you live in Japan.

one piece is way better than five piece...

one piece is the best you can do i think, the one piece make the sustain better because the sound can carry through the wood

I think I'm out of it. I read the title as ""Who else loves pornography?"

Then what's the point of having 3-piece ad 5-piece necks? Is it only a cosmetic ting?

it's easier to get 5 piece cuz u can get 5 small pieces and glue them together. less cost to making. one-piece provides beautiful neck grain, nice sound, sustain, but it's costly to find a wood long enough to make with one piece.

One piece necks generally are thinner, have better sustain, and promote more resonance.

3 and 5 piece necks are much stronger, they can have better sustain if you have heavy woods in the neck (a solid maple neck is going to have less sustain than a mahogany and maple neck), and they can give your guitar a cool look if thats what your going for.
