Laney's are great, and if you're in the UK, you aren't going to beat the price.

The Tiny Terror is also awesome, but you need a cab with it, which probably also puts it outside of your budget range.

I wouldnt play mine w/o one... but they're useful pedals and a TS-9 isnt too expensive. so its really a good solution.
