Feel Good Inc. came out in 2005 right?

this kid called me a "****ing idiot" because, he said, that it came out in 2001, and I corrected him, in a nice polite way... and you know, whenever you correct someone, you have that shadow of doubt that you may in fact be wrong.

help me out?

Demon Days was released in 2005... Clint Eastwood, off of their debut album, was released in 2001.

Once upon a time i'd have massacred your village for saying that, but now I kinda agree. It's just another ego trip for Damon Albarn.

Anyway, wrong forum.

The album "Demon Days" (which had the song Feel Good Inc) was released in May 23, 2005. The actual single came out on May 9th. Gorillaz started to record Demon Days in 2004. The kid is wrong, it doesn't even come close to 2001.

Indeed, I quite recall the Triple J Hottest 100 in 2005. Feel Good Inc. was in the top 10.

http://www.abc.net.au/triplej/hottest100/history/2005.htm

Number 3. They only put in songs that were released that year, so instead of saying, "All these people on the internet say its true." you can provide proof.

Dragonforce? I don't even know what that is. Isn't it that Japanese card game "Dragon Force Z"?

Feel Good Inc = 2005
Gorrillaz = Awesome.

For those who are open-minded enough to actually listen to the lyrics, and pick out the importance, instead of plugging their ears, shooting flames out of their asses, simply because it's rap.

Anyone else listened to The Good, The Bad & The Queen yet? I love it. ^^

Yeah but it's barely even rap. Sure they have raps in many of their songs, but the band wouldn't fall close to being labeled a rap or hip-hop group. People on this forum don't like them because there are no guitar solos and every preppy girl has Feel Good Inc. on her iPod nano.

And how could you not like Del The Funkee Homosapian's rap in Clint Eastwood? It's flawless.

I prefer Demon Days way over the debut album, it seems far better put together.

Fire Coming out Of A Monkey's Head is one of the single most ingenious songs I've ever heard...

El Manana is my favorite from Demon Days though, incredible.
