Alright so here in the next 2 to 3 months, I plan to purchase a Marshall JCM2000 DSL50 head and I need some help for what cabinet to get. Im looking for a cabinet that will make my tone great and save me some money. Here are my options thus far:

1) used Marshall 1960B - The cab that should go with it and the one that will probably give me the best tone, but shipping prices may be a bi*ch on ebay and i could need to save some bucks.

2) Avatar cabinet - Cheaper prices and comes with good selection of speakers, but may not be right for the head.

3) Build a custom cab at home - Gives me the freedom to do whatever I want and the choice of what speakers I want, but I'm no craftsmen so building it may be a struggle and learning how to build one may take some time.

So what should I do to save some money, but get a great sounding cab?
Also if anyone has any other suggestions feel free to leave them in your posts.

Nothing looks finer than a Marshall head on a Marshall cab.

With that being said I have the TSL100 with the 1960a cab, the tone is awesome.

I am looking to get another cab, but it won't be a marshall. I've been looking at the Avatar cabs with the Celestion Vintage 30's. I kind of wish I would have gotten the Avatar cab instead.
