I'm thinkin about getting one of the SZ 720 FMs....
what does FM stand for?:|..
and how much do you think t would cost me?

I have a 520 with Pearly Gates/'59, and my teacher has a 720 with JB/'59. The Duncan/Ibanez pickups are, well, nothing special. But they're not bad. If I've understood things correctly, they're modeled after the JB and '59, but I'm not sure on that one.

FM stands for flamed maple, and QM for quilted maple. The differences between the 520 and 720 are: Different maple top, different inlays and bindings.

The 720 is 650 US $ on musiciansfriend, but they don't ship all of their stuff to Canada...?

I own the 720FM

It's gorgeous. I have HERC's in it though, and all new wiring and capacitors which help in its gorgeous-ness.

It's like an LP, without the clunky feel of an LP.
Well it's more of a pastel black, really...

GEAR:
Ibanez SZ720FMTG(WCR HERCs, Sperzel Tuners)
Ibanez S470DXQM(love that ZR)
Marshall Amps
Fender Princeton Chorus

No it doesn't. Otherwise they're awesome; I own a 320 and am considering getting another for downtuning.
