Well my cousin recently gave me a digitech RP6, that is in relatively good condition, but I have no adapter for it. I was thinking of trading it in to a local guitar shop that I know everyone that works there to see how much I can get out of it. I'm guessing I can probably get up to $300 for it, and if I do what other effects pedals should I get? As you can see from my sig I only have a digitech DF-7 and a Vox 847 wah, so I was thinking I would maybe get a chorus or delay pedal or maybe even a digitech whammy. I play mostly heavy metal, grunge, blues rock, and some psychidelia. What do you guys think I should get?

why not keep the rp6 and just buy a power adapter?

The RP6 just doesn't fit what I want to do , and I just don't like most of the sounds I get out of it.

i understand. if i were you, i'd check out line 6's stuff. you can also get more sounds than a standard stompbox. it sounds so organic, at least to me.
