Get a Boss DS2, it'll sound great with the Fender.

If you're going with a Boss distortion, I'd look into a modded DS-1. Sound a lot better than the stock DS-1/DS-2, in my opinion.

I'd like to see you get "the" Weezer tone with humbuckers through a mesa. A single coil strat plugged into a Marshall will get you a lot closer without too much trouble. And if you read that link, he used quite a few Marshalls.
