Discuss college.

Essential stuff to bring? Survival tips? Fun things to do, be they date ideas, practical jokes, or just ways to pass the time? Tips for eating well, for cheap? Personal stories, be they humorous or purely learning experiences?

And since this is a guitar forum, how about suggestions as to how to keep music in your life during your years at college? Suggestions for finding bands/other musicians in the area?

Get a group of musicians. Play with said musicians, look for paying gigs, and play your way through college.

My dad did it, I'm sure you could do it.

Don't abuse your AS's. They're important as a fallback if your A2s don't go as planned. Also, when you get Coursework, don't leave it to the last minute - get it over and done with and as always, don't take them for granted. They are also important fallbacks if your A2s don't go as planned. Last of all,

This is a great idea for a thread, i doubt it's going to last though.

That being said, i have no advice, i'll be entering college this August.

I'm already out of college and I don't have any advice either.
