Is there a way to mod a Wah pedal...say a dunlop Crybaby, into an Octave pedal? Like a whammy-ish kinda thing.

Nope... the whammy is an all digital program installed by digitech at the factory. You could install an octave type unit (octavia, scrambler, foxx tone machine etc...) unit in there, but you'd need a bigger case.

BTW all wah questions should be asked in the wah modding thread.
