is there any way to make a controlled feedback sound with the guitar?
and even a certain note?

If you want to make a certain note, mute all but one string and fret that string at the note you want, then make the feedback.

EDIT: It works better if you use something like a power chord.

Turn everything up, have a tube amp....SS feedback sounds downright nasty.
