Hi, I am looking to upgrade from my crappy prac amp to something a bit better. I mainly play rock, stuff like Gnr etc. I need it to suit something like small/medium gigs (clubs/pubs and places like that) Any suggestions?

if you're not too rich, then try some modern fenders

I put my tobacco under my upper lip, just like anyone would do.

Just stay away from MG series Marshalls, And Line 6 Spiders.

My AVT100 Marshall is alright for rocky stuff, i'd recommend giving it a try in a guitarshop.
But i'm not happy with it cos it isnt metal enough for me.

If your a rich bitch though, look at DSL Marshalls :p and buy me a stack!!

Marshall DSL401. Do not go near AVTs, Spiders, Fender FMs and most SS amps. See if you can pick up the DSL401 used within your budget, if you can't though...
The Laney Thread are big and clever. No exceptions.

Peavey windsor is also worth a look. The DSL401 is a good bet.

Also look at some traynors, and maybe the crate palominos.
A dwarf might hear you. What then?
