I'm looking for a few songs with no drums, or songs that have drums but would still sound good without them. I'm starting to do some recording and I'm not allowed to bring my drums in my house because there isn't very much room. I like pretty much all kinds of music, mainly classic rock. So I need some song suggestions. Thanks.

Any song off Kelly Jones' solo album can be/is already done without drums.

Almost any quieter, acoustic song will work too.

Aye +1 to whoever said backing tracks.

But anyway, you could probably pull off Lets Live for Today by The Grass Roots with no drums.

Or a tambourine if you are of a mind to do that.

However, I suggest one of my favorites. PATIENCE by GNR - great song

death - voice of the soul
zakk wylde - in this river
and you could (possibly) do nothing else matters by metallica. the drums arent that big of a part in it.

If you were talented enough you could actually do quite a few NIN songs (the many with non traditional drums) using an acoustic guitar for percussion, like people do with loop pedals. Actually you could do that with a lot of songs from a lot of bands if you have the ability to record acoustic.
