Right now, I really like the riffs from Doomsday Clock by Smashing Pumpkins and I'm Slowly Turning Into You by The White Stripes. My favorite riffs change basically every week.
It's difficult to win unless you're bored.

It's simple to sound like them, tune your guitars down a couple of steps but don't worry if it's actually IN tune or not, then just plug in and throw your guitar out the window.

Right now it's

The White Stripes - Jolene

Everytime I pick up my acoustic I "must" play that riff.
Duke Ellington - If it sounds good, it is good.

hmm...wow my favorite riff of all time...thats too hard. My favorite riff of this week, probably "Florida" by modest mouse...maybe "The Heinrich Manuever" by Interpol. I think one of my favorite riffs of this summer is "3's and 7's" by Queens of the Stone Age.
On the way to god don't know

Hm.
On Electric, probably the chorus from Bloodlust of the Human Condition by Unearth or Tread the Floods by Trivium.

On Acoustic, I don't have a Nylon, so I play classical on that.
Asturias or Dee.

On Bass, NIB solo, that counts as a riff right?
#37
Toss up between American Woman by the Guess Who and Everybody Wants You by Billy Squier.

or the main riff of Heavy Chains (by Loudness)... or Thunderkiss '65 by White Zombie (tell me it's not catchy)
