So I was in a pawn shop with my mate the other day and we saw a JCM2000 Head, it had different material and the marshall logo wasn't on the material, I was just wondering if buying from pawn shops are good idea's cause Dime bought most of his pedals at pawn shops and also if this is infact a real marshall JCM2000 ( It was £395)

How do you know it was a real JCM2000 if it didn't say Marshall, and was made out of different materials?

And pedals are much safer to buy than amps at pawn shops, seeing as it's fairly easy to see if something is faulty with them, but not the case with a lot of amps.

It had a jim marshall signature and you could see that the marshall logo was ripped off. it also looked like a marshall and also it said jcm2000 on the head

It's up to you man.

It's a bargain though, I don't think you will find one cheaper than that

Well, try it out if you can but, if its for yourself, you'll be spending more money for a cab for it, unless you have one. Though, i guess you could always clean it up a bit, and stick it on ebay if u wanted.
