My gear:
Roland Cube 30
DeArmond M-65 ( 2 Humbuckers, Les Pauls Look)
Distorsion Pannel (Nobels Distorsion Special)
Home made amp (lol)

So what would be the next step in improving my gear?
New guitar, new amp, better pickups, more pannels?

I play Rock/Metal if that's of any use.

Also, suggest to what I should improve.

It's a cheapo guitar, and DeArmond either got bankrupt or has been bought by Fender or something (it says stuff about fender on the site).

And yes, I play in a band =)

I would go for a new guitar. Altough the reviews say that yours isn't bad neither. But maybe get yourself one of those Higher-end Epiphone models.

I'm not really into guitars and stuff just into playing, so could you give any examples?

Also I've been thinking of the Godin Freeway Floyd

I'll go to a max of 800, but I'd like to keep around 500.

Also my amp is probably good enough for now, it makes good sound, and 30w is pretty much enough at this stage (playing in a band but not gigging yet), and then again I could borrow my dad's stereo system (2 1,20 meter high speakers, 4 40 cm high speakers)

Well amp before guitar unless as said above you really dont like your guitar?

A tube amp will vastly improve your tone and the sound over-all as a band!

So its up to you. Do you like your guitar?

I dont think you should limite yourself to a price range. I think you should go to the store, try their amps and then save for the one you liked the most. IF price is the biggest issue then play the ones in which the price tag is resonable 500-1000 and then save your money. OR go to their used section and try those out sometimes you can get good deals there.
