I am 13 years old and play in a band that has played gigs across California already and am curious to know what other people of my age or older and different skill levels have as in terms of equipment. I've played guitar for 5 years.

My Equipment
Fender Custom Strat
Epiphone Les Paul Classic
Fender 10w amp
Marshall MG30DFX
Marshall Lead 100
AKG Wireless system
Dunlop Original Crybaby Pedal
Boss Mega Overdrive Pedal

There's a thread for this, it's called "Rate my Gear".

Most 13 year olds will have worse, most people who have played for 5 years will have better. It all depends on how rich you are and what you know about gear so you can't really generalise so easily.
A dwarf might hear you. What then?

Man you seriously need new amps nice custom strat though. for a 13 year old where the hell did you get that sort of cash man?

My gear is meh, but I'm not in a band so I don't care that much (I'm aware I need decent pedals)

I do a lot of chores around my house to earn the money. When I play I just need the gear I got. A distortion box for sound and to switch to and from clean, a crybaby for solos, a guitar, and loud amp.

Good for someone playing 8 months, I'd look into a new amp, probably should have done that before the Fender Strat.

Im Looking at an MXR phase 90 pedal. Are those any good?

Depends on what you're playing...they are pretty much the best phase that money can buy though. Ps:dont waste money on the EVH, the regular phase is just a little more intense (very small difference)

I still have decent grammar when writing, i just don't bother to use it on the net, it's not important since not everyone has a good grasp of english, i don't see how capital letters at the start of names and sentences is really going to help them understand what i'm trying to say.
