hey guys i have a les paul and i was wondering for hard rock/metal and can get some blues sound would a Seymour Duncan TB4 JB Trembucker Humbucker Pickup
be good for me and would it fit in a les paul...........and another thing how woulld pinch harmonics be on it and should i put it in the bridge or the neck thanks!

You don't want a trembucker, get the regular spacing.

definitley bridge, they are sweet pups n they should fit in ur les paul fine. btw the pinch harmonics it gives off are sweet. id sugest a seymour duncan jazz pup to go with it to go in the neck, thats a sweet combo
